Q1: What is HEXIN’s Refund Policy?
1. Items must be unworn with all original tags attached and in its original packaging.
2. Return items with any sign of being worn are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
3. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept the exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-strings, thongs or similar intimate items.
4. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of the returned items and they should take up the insurance on their own.
5. When sending a return or exchange, it is recommended that you use a parcel service, such as EMS or DHL that offers a tracking method.
If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of return goods.
6. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. A ten percent (10%) restocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.
Q2: What is HEXIN Refund Processing Time Policy?
1: Returned items must be received within 14 days of the RA number being issued. Items received after 14 days will be considered unacceptable and no refund will be issued.
2. A refund will be issued within fourteen (14) days of our receipt of the returned merchandise. Please provide your order date and number to facilitate the processing of your credit.
Q3: How to Handle Defective Items?
We apologize for the defective item and will take immediate action to resolve the issue. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Notification: Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item if you find any defects.
Evidence: Kindly provide clear photos of the defective area and send them to us via email: yuki@hexinfashion.com. Once our Technical Director reviews and approves the images, we will either add a replacement to your next order free of charge or provide you with a refund for the defective item.
Return Policy: If we are unable to verify the defect based on the provided photos, the item must be returned in its original condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and customs duties incurred. As a token of our appreciation for your understanding, we will offer additional discounts on your next purchase.
Q4: What is HEXIN Refund Process?
Firstly, please email the reason for the return to the seller.
Secondly, please pay the return shipping fee and clearance fee in advance, and you will also be responsible for the shipping fee for sending the item to you. Only then will we accept the return.
Thirdly, after we receive and inspect the returned package, we will issue a refund if the returned goods are in good condition.
The refund or replacement item will be issued/shipped within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
